The Problem

My proposal was designing an app that would enable students to quickly check their most common questions in a user-friendly and easy to use platform in order to decongest the student service department. In addition, it has the capacity to send reminders and notifications about payments, course changes and attendance among others. For the purposes of design and UX, I decided to focus on the point of view of an International Student which encompass the majority of the student body.

Project Overview

  • Project: Design a mobile app displaying student assistance, Upcoming payments, student status in relation to course progress status and upcoming events in order to decongest the student service department.
  • My Role: Research. Wireframing and rapid prototyping. UX design. UI design. Only designer on the project.
  • Process: Designed research based on similar platforms in the market, Wireframing and rapid prototyping.
